About RegenEarth Studio
We exist to make regenerative living the norm.

The moment we find ourselves in:
More people are asking what it would mean to build homes, businesses, and communities that don't just reduce harm - but actively contribute to the health of the land and each other. The regenerative living field is at an inflection point and gaining mainstream recognition.
That creates both possibility and risk. As interest grows, so does the pressure to simplify and co-opt - turning a genuine cultural shift into another market category. What we seek to develop is the relational depth, the cultural coherence, and the cross-disciplinary trust that enable projects and communities to thrive over generations.
We started RegenEarth Studio because we saw the field needing connection and shared development that they can apply in the field. We see brilliant people doing real work, but in isolated pockets - unable to find the investors, specialists, or policy allies who could help them go further. And even when those connections happened, the capacity to act on them wasn't always there.
So we hold both. The space for connection - and the developmental work that helps those connections land as successful projects. We help the people in this field grow into the relational, cultural, and practical capacity to carry what they're building. Not just who you know, but who you're becoming.
We exist to make regenerative living not a niche, but a norm.
What Is Regenerative Living?

We see Regenerative Living as an integrated field that starts with a core belief - that human development can happen in a way that nourishes, heals, and evolves with life on Earth.
At the foundation this requires us to architect a life-serving culture - a way of being that yields vitality, creativity, and joyful collaboration towards vibrant ecosystems.
Rooted in a life-serving culture, we can cultivate a built environment in partnership with the land where where people and nature thrive together - resilient to external shocks, socially vibrant, and generating abundant resources.
Regenerative Living as a field that supports the “renaissance of life” - a movement from the destructive, extractive status quo towards the stewarding of life on Earth as the guiding goal of human society.

Our Lineage
We grow on the foundation of wisdom, nourishment, and bodies of work from a cherished group of people. We aim to weave and honor the legacy and lineage of Rennie Davis, Carol Sanford, Robin Wall Kimmerer, Eric Reis, Kenneth Cohen, Bill Reed, Pamela Mang, Sheradon Bryce, Hunter Lovins, Liora Adler, Joe Milam, The Regenesis Institute, Presidio School of Management, and Gaia University.
These people and institutions have given us the ground to grow from, which we are grateful for.
We also extend our gratitude to the Tohono Oohdam, Navajo, Arapaho, Ute, and Cheyenne tribes, who have tended to the lands in which we live near Mesa, Arizona and Loveland Colorado. We recognize the historic and ongoing displacement of these groups through violation of treaties and commit to supporting their well-being in respect for their generational stewardship of the place we call home.
