RegenEarth Studio ("RegenEarth," "we," "us") runs a coalition connecting Project Stewards, Capital Stewards, Implementation Specialists, and Policy Catalysts — the four Meadows — plus the wider Field of people drawn to regenerative living, through the Nexus community, the Foundry pathway, Wise Wealth, Experience gatherings, and related programs. This policy covers every way we collect and use information across this website, our membership platform, our programs, and our events.
Contact and inquiry data — name, email, and message content submitted through Contact, Join, or Partner.
Membership and account data — for Nexus members (Steward, Cultivator, Activator tiers), your name, email, billing address, and membership tier, plus payment details, which are processed by our third-party payment processor and never stored on our own servers.
Project and venture data — Project Stewards moving through the Foundry, the Bell Mason Diagnostic, or the Bootcamp may share financial statements, legal structure, land or site status, timelines, and other venture details, used solely to run that diagnostic or program.
Capital and investment data — Capital Stewards requesting an introduction or entering Wise Wealth may share information about investment focus, capital available to deploy, and accreditation status, used to evaluate fit and make introductions.
Professional and portfolio data — Implementation Specialists joining the vetted pool may share credentials, past work, and areas of practice.
Event and program data — registration details, attendance, and pitch materials for Experience gatherings and cohort-based programs like the Bootcamp and Foundry founding cohort.
Automatically collected data — basic device, browser, and usage information via privacy-respecting site analytics, used to understand traffic and improve navigation.
We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell your information to third parties.
We use the information above to: respond to inquiries and schedule calls; process membership signups, renewals, and payments; run diagnostics and evaluate program fit; deliver the Nexus, Foundry, Wise Wealth, Bootcamp, and Experience programming you enroll in; make warm introductions between Meadows (for example, a Project Steward to a Capital Steward) with your consent; maintain the advisory and partner relationships that support these programs; and send you relevant updates, which you can opt out of at any time.
The site uses minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic and improve navigation, and functional cookies to keep you signed in to member areas. We do not use cross-site tracking or ad-targeting cookies.
Membership dues, Bootcamp fees, and Foundry deposits are handled by a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment and the billing details needed for receipts and support, but we never see or store your full card number.

We do not sell or rent your information to third parties for their own marketing.
General inquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up. Membership and payment records are kept for the life of your membership plus as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Project, financial, and diagnostic data shared through the Foundry or Wise Wealth is retained only for the duration of the engagement it supports, then deleted or anonymized unless you ask us to keep it for future opportunities.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including relying on PCI-compliant processors for payments and restricting access to sensitive project and financial data to the team members directly running your program. No online system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request corrections, request deletion, opt out of non-essential communications, or withdraw consent to a specific introduction, at any time, by emailing hello@regenearth.studio. We'll respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.
Our footer links to third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X) and our payment and scheduling tools link out to their own services. Those platforms have their own privacy practices, which this policy doesn't cover.
This site and our programs aren't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
RegenEarth Studio's coalition spans multiple regions. If you're accessing the site from outside the country where our servers and processors operate, your information may be transferred to and processed in that country.
We'll update this page if our practices change, and update the date above. For material changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active members directly.
